Thanks to Groupon, I am taking the AXIOM Health & Fitness 30-Day Challenge to get myself in shape, feel healthier and stay energized during my busy schedule! My good friend from Charlotte, @FitnessChamp, would be so proud of how I am dedicated to make the time for myself to stay healthy.
Day one was on October 11th and after the first week of boot camp classes, 6 days a week, I already feel great! The fitness classes include a boot camp style workout, in a small-size group, focusing on all muscles and keeping your heart rate elevated. This workout style helps keep me motivated to continue getting myself to AXIOM and making some friends along the way.
I will be doing a weekly video blog talking about my experience working with trainers Luke and Jennifer, and hopefully find ways to continue staying on track when life gets in the way. At the same time, do what I love with social media and record my daily activities and results.

Many people undertake fitness challenges but fail to install fail safes to keep them from losing momentum or “falling off the wagon”.
What Laura is doing is great – because it shows that just because you’re busy, there is still no excuse to ignore your own personal health and fitness. You only get one body, might as well take care of it.
