Week 3 of the AXIOM 30-day challenge boot camp is complete. Now kicks off the last week of the challenge before the 30-day assessment results are revealed.
I continue to make time for the daily workouts and feel great about myself by focusing on eating healthy each day. I’ve learned a lot about how to continue workouts to make sure this becomes a lifestyle change and not just a 30-day challenge.
This week check out some of the strength training exercises Luke coaches us on and I talk with Shannon and Cheryl, two focused ladies who have been doing the challenge with me. We are excited to see next week’s results.
